I remember reading a rumour that the Pixies might be opening up for radiohead in the fall, anyone hear anything about that?

Reason I ask is Radiohead is rumoured to be one of the first bands to play in the new arena here in Winnipeg this fall.

For what it's worth, an e-mail I got from W.A.S.T.E. regarding the Coachella festival touted as "the only show Radiohead will play in North America this year." Or maybe it was just America, but you wouldn't think they'd play just Canada...

Nope the arena is opening this fall. Should be nice for concerts.

Pixies need to headline shows. Not open for other acts.
