Actually, there was a time when I used to average about 10 a day, but I've slackened off a bit in my old age...
I'm still on 7.95 though, which isn't too bad.
Actually, its really bad, here's me thinking I'm toning down this whole thing, whereas really, it doesn't make alot of difference.
