ok, i don't want everyone getting paranoid or anything, but...
I've been chasing up my refunds for the first pair of dates (unsuccessfully as yet) and happened to mention my bookings for the second pair of dates. Pure folly trying with ticketweb again, i know! Anyway, it seems they have no record of me booking tickets for these either. Even though my credit card has been charged for them. And even though they sent me a confirmation email with a confirmation code....
There's something seriously wrong here |

have you tried going to the ticketweb site and entering your details in the order status section? see if that brings up your details?

| The ticketweb site is hopeless. Try to submit your confirmation code through the order status page a few times. Sometimes it comes up blank which makes me break out in a cold sweat but then sometimes it comes up with the confirmation of the tickets. When are they sending out those bloody tickets anyway, I won't be able to relax untill I have the tickets in my hand. |

| Thanks for the suggestion bumblebeeboy- i checked it out and the tickets are listed. So hopefully I'll be getting something from ticketweb! |

no probs. i think the *latest* the tickets will be sent out will be 10 days before the actual gig... so if you're not sure yet, i'd give them a call or check your 'order status'...
