Genuine fan, desperately in need of a ticket. Please! 2 hours on the phone this morning from 9am to ticketweb, simultaneously trying wayahead, nme, stargreen, aloud, you name it....got to confirmation screen only for the ticketweb servers to crash. finally got through on phone only to be told they'd just sold out and my online booking never made it.
i know what you mean, i'm still trying to get through to ticketweb to see if mine did make it....well the money's gone from my account so i want some bloody answers!
