does coachella usually get recorded? seems like a big thing like that might be recorded by an official source, which means it will get leaked at some point. the chances of me paying all that money and driving completely across the country are pretty unlikely, but with Pixies and Wilco being my two favorite bands, itd be nice to see.
i dunno about coachella, but i believe primevera festival in spain usually gets broadcast - though not all of it.
that reminds me: i had a great idea the other day about them videoing one of the rumoured brixton academy shows and releasing it on the double dvd set with the brixton show from 1991. i think that would be fucking awesome.

Damn that IS a good idea, seriously email it to 4AD, that would be awesome. Just look at all the demand for these reunion dates it would so sell well. DO IT DO IT DO IT!
I wonder if HearItAgain.Net has any plans to record these shows? Definitely they should get the first show ever, though I may be biased 'cause I'll be there (hopefully).
