I really like Electro-Shock Blues. There's plenty of good songs on that record. The other two albums I've heard are Beautiful Freak and Daisies of the Galaxy, and those have some great songs on them as well. I don't care much for that "Goddamn right, it's a beautiful day song" though. It's okay, but like the case is with many bands who are only known for one or two songs (in the Eels case, the other is Novocaine for the soul), there's so many other songs that are greater and it's a shame that the band is known for those average songs.

me like also. I haven't really got into Souljacker yet though. Not sure why that has happened. Sometimes I buy a cd, stick it on the shelf and forget about it. Maybe I'll give it a spin tonight.

Good live band too - have seen them three times, and each show was well different from the others. I missed Butch the last time they played though.
Electro Shock Blues is a fantastic album, but all their discs seem to have a liberal sprinkling of really good tunes. TarTar is bang on about them having plenty of good songs, but only being known for a couple.
I should really go do some work. |

What does "ispini tapaidh" mean? Is it Gaelic? Is there any life on Mars?
