THE PIXIES ARE GO!
Spokesman confirms the return of the band! Hoo ha!

The Pixies will be returning after a haitus of 11 years you will be filled with joy to learn.
Stories have been circulating for some time, but it has finally been confirmed what we've all been whispering about - THE PIXIES ARE BACK!!!
A spokesman said: "For a long time, it was far from certain that this [reformation] would actually happen. However, you may be interested to learn that, at last, the reunion has been confirmed. The band are holding a press conference in Los Angeles today, and their booking agents have been confirming shows with promoters over the last few days.
The band are expected to play some warm up shows in Canada before they appear at the Coachella festival in California on May 1st. They will go on to visit practically every European territory and a few more besides - mostly at festivals, although there will be some headline shows, including at least two pencilled in at Brixton Academy.
The band will not be doing any press or interviews for the forceable future, but who gives a shit really. Let's hear 'em play the songs again. |
