I was wondering... Do one of you have an original newspaper with Joey's and Charles advice looking for a bass player? It would become a fetish object someday.
Probably not too likely... you'd have to know about the Pixies becoming big before they even existed. I suppose if someone had that paper for some other reason they might. That'd be a pretty awesome artifact, though.

Someone would need to check the local library or do an inter-library loan request for the microfiche of that paper. Unless the local library is so far advanced they've destroyed the microfiche archive (the horror). I can't remember - do they include the classifieds section?
I was thinking about someone doing a terrorist act with scisors to the local library archive. In my little library, they've got newspapers since 1980. I suposed one of you old Pixies fans have made it.
