how many sides can you get?

i used to be able to get 2 when i was young.. my parents got me one for Christmas (for some unexplained reason) and now i can barely get one side.

has anyone actually completed it?

in college I knew this guy who was a mathematical genius who could get it in 30 seconds--over and over and over. It was amazing

I did it once. Took me hours. I was about 10/12. had a lot of spare time. and im an only child. never done it since, i too can only get 2 sides now. Even if you have the instructioons it doesnt help. There was this girl in my primary school who got so frustrated with it she took all the stickers off and stuck them back on with glue to look like she had done it. she took it EVERYWHERE with her! haha, strange child.

my brother's ex-girlfriend can do it in about 10 minutes

I can do the whole thing in less than 10 minutes anytime, but I kind-of cheated by memorizing all the move sequences in the instruction book

I used to be able to do it, but my cheating was even worse, and involved removing the stickers and replacing them in the right places. Better still it screws it up for the next person who tries it.

I use to take the thing apart and put it back together all solved. I think I did it once or twice following instructions in book.
