Nothing very interesting or new here but I thought I'd post it anyway.
The Pixies
The return of the band that Kurt stole it all from

Rumours that the Pixies – one of the most influential bands in American history – are set to reform are almost as common as rumours that the Stone Roses are. Yet 2004 looks more likely than ever for it to be the year it happens. Sources close to the band claim that relations between the band’s two lynchpins, Charles ‘Frank Black’ Francis and Kim Deal have now thawed enough for them to consider the offers that have been on the table for years. Black has just finished touring America with his band the Catholics and has no immediate plans to make a new record, and he has always played Pixies songs at his solo shows. Deal, meanwhile, revived her band The Breeders last year for a triumphant comeback. The most likely scenario looks to be a reunion show at California’s Coachella festival followed by European dates later in the summer, although it remains to be seen whether they will record new material. Yeah and since when was their bassist called Kim Deal???..........................................wait a minute?!?!?!
To be honest I read over it so fast ('cos it was boring) that I didn't even notice these mistakes. But like I said I just thought I'd put it on 'cos I know how obsessed some people are on here about the reunion.  |

She credited herself as Kim Deal, just to be so cool as Charles with Frank Black...
