i find it very relaxing to drink (especially when i'm in my jacuzzi), and on top of that it's full of vitamins and minerals. green tea gets an A+ in my book. |

Hey Floop, I've been a big green tea drinker for about five years now. I would make a pot and pretty much drink the whole thing every day. I have read up on it and definately believe there are a lot of benefits to drinking it regularly. I know its supposed to be good for fighting off skin cancer. At the very least it helps flush out toxins. The main Antioxidant in it is supposed to be the best one there is. EGCG or something like that. At least that was the last I read about it. Right now I'm actually drinking tons of Yerba Matte. Ever try it? It's supposed to have everything green tea has and more. It definately takes some getting used to though. Here's a great site for matte. http://ma-tea.net/cgi-bin/cp-app.cgi

I only drink the fake arizona green tea, it's not painfully sweet like the other teas in those giant cans that cost 99 cents. |

I've been drinking green tea like water constantly for about 2 years now. Turkey Hill Green Tea. I buy a gallon and drink straight from the gallon. Usually lasts a few days. It's great.

I don't drink hot beverages...never got into 'em.
I can deal with a mint tea every now and then. |

Who ever is not making green tea a part of their daily diet should seriously consider it. Like I said earlier, I've been drinking copious amount's now for about five years. I'm thirty six and often times people take me for someone younger than my years. Often when the subject of age does arise, I'll ask them to try and guess mine. Many, many times they'll say "Uh?.. Thirty five? So take it from me, along with all the other untold benefits, there are obviously some truly amazing anti aging properties contained in green tea.

I love all tea, hot or iced. I prefer black over green, taste-wise, but I'm trying to drink more green b/c of the health benefits, blahblahblah.

I don't drink tea because my dentist told me it would make my perfectly white teeth become yellow and loose their luster.

There is one positive thing about tea. It is, after a date with a girl, she often proposes to drink a tea at her place, which I always accept :)
But I always pretend I'm drinking, then spill the tea elsewhere...never to careful with your teeth.

I drink green tea, and all other types of weird tea over here..... chrysanthenum tea, you name it. I try to drink green tea every day because it is healthy, although every so often when I drink alot of it my heart starts racing at an unprecedented rate.... and I get paranoid that my heart is about to pack up. Green tea is aso supposed to be good with a meal as it breaks down the fat....

Green tea, no.
Peppermint tea, yes. Aids digestion I'm told.
Also, I always have a cup of Earl Grey in the morning. Jolly fine it is too.

Tea is a very elegant drink. I enjoy a hot beverage after shoveling snow from my driveway. 'Tea' is also a very fun word to say. I don't much about green tea in particular, though. |
