I am looking for a Frank Black solo performance from the release of Dog in the Sand. February 2, 2001 - Philadelphia, PA at the North Star Bar. I can't say anyone did tape it, because I didn't see anyone. But if it's out there and someone has it I am very interested. I have a fairly large list of trades I can send at your request.
Not that this has anything to do with helping you get this show but, I wanted to go to this show very badly and i was only 17. Turns out the north star usually only has 21 and up or 18 and up shows. This was an 18 an up show. Luckyily enough though for me he came back with the catholics in april at the troc.
I played with The Bennies at the North Star Bar, it's a very nice venue. Jeremy and Brett of The Bennies were at that show; Brett's obnoxious girlfriend at the time was the one that got kicked out.
