Jesus Christ, it took me four years to listen to this album by the Magnetic Fields.

It actually reminds me of Teenager of the Year for some unexplicable reason.

That is an album I'll have to pick up.

What surprised me is I also recorded 69 songs at that time.. It was 69 songs in 69 day, just to get out all of my ideas.. an experiment.. Then I hear about this guy doing 69 songs also.

My material is very disorganized throughout the web.

Love this album. It really opened me up as a songwriter to hear Stephen Merrit taking chances with less than prefect, sometimes embarrasingly bad lyrics and ridiculous subject matter.
