Mun Chien, I'd prefer if we kept this to emails so that we can all discuss things freely and have some element of surprise when we do come to releasing. Plus, there's no way I know of to block people not on the art team from posting, and we don't really have time for that. Trust me, this worked quite well last time around.
That said, I can answer your first question off the top of my head, the second I need my list of I may forget someone. For now, put whatever you want. A logo, a mention that it's by FB.Net members (we already say it's a Pixies tribute), we'll decide that for sure once the final design has been selected. Maybe someone will come up with a good idea and we'll borrow it, that's why there's so much freedom in this initial design is to encourage you to just do something original or that seems fitting.
