huh. My unfettered unholy opinion? - everywhere is crappy. equally.

Don't know how FB feels about it - seems he liked Edinburgh pretty well.

I am now going to be calling any large gathering of people or ideas a "mill". Thanks plannet! Gives new meaning to Don Quixote.

When Buckminster Fuller came to Canada, he kept asking the same question:
"Have you ever really considered how much your buildings actually weigh?" --"The Big Top."

The non-dancing bear was in top form at the Astoria. Previously, he has apparently been in the vice-like grip of influenza, which may be cited as reasonable cause for having a bit of a bag on. Last night however, he seemed to be well on top of his game, and of comparatively good cheer. The return of Scott from paternity leave seems to have had a therapeutic effect, and it looked very much like happiness has indeed found him again.

...where the Ballyhoos and the Tritons are.

Indeed I think band and crowd both enjoyed last night. Brilliant atmosphere, brilliant set. The crowdin Brighton though were absolutely shite, which would have pissed me off if i were playing.

The sound quality was pretty bad to be honest, and the set was not the 3-hr stegathon that we've been used to from the big man, but it was still pretty good.
