I found a tab online somewhere that used a capo on the 1st fret, since it's in C# it may make it easier. I'm not going to write the whole thing out -- if you're like me you probably listened to it 1000 times trying to figure out WTF is going on and can prob get a feel just by hearing the chords. The F# chord fluctuates between major and minor, so I omit the 3rd on it. Also, the section that goes C#m C#m-5 C# F# is really cool - uses the C#m-5 as a bridge from the minor to the major chord. There's a strange blend in this song. I dunno - this is my best stab at it. Lyrics are under the chords. I play it w/o the capo like this:

C# C#sus2/5+
x4666x x4764x

F#5
x4467x <-- this goes to x4466x occasionally

G#5
x6689x

C#m C#m-5 <--weird chord to sneak back to C# major
x46654 xx6653

F# G#v2 <--different fingering for G#
244322 466544

F
133211

_Havalina_

C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5 G#5
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5 G#5
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5 G#v2

C#m C#m-5 C# F# <--minor section

C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
havalina..
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
havalina..
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
havalina..
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
havalina..

C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5 G#5
C# C#sus2/5+ F#5 G#v2

C#m C#m-5 C# F# <--minor section

G#v2
walking in..
F#

F

F#

C# C#sus2/5+ F#
trees

Think the outro is just C# C#sus2/5+ F# all the way out

-----------------------------

Here's some tab to get you started on Joey's stuff - I make no promises on this

though..

at very beginning - listen for timing
   C# F#5.. F#5 G#
e----4-------4-------5----4
b------6-------7-----------
g--6-------6---------------
d--------------------------
a--------------------------
E--------------------------

main melody -- !@#$ I still can't tell if this is right or not,
very irritating. Listen for timing
  C#.. C#.. C#.. F#5 G#5 C#.. F#5 G#
e-------------------------------------------------------
b-5h6-4------------------5h6-4---10---9-7-6-------------
g-6---6------------------6---6---11--10-8-6------6----5-
d-----7---2h3-1---4-4-3------7-------------------7----6-
a---------4---3---6-6-4----------------------------------
E-------------------------------------------------------

minor melody (strange, he's playing minor third on the major..)
  C#m C#m-5 C#
e------------------------------
b------------------------------
g------------------------------
d------2--------2----------2---
a--4-4------4-4---4----4-4---4-
e------------------------------

lots of noodling at the end there, after the bridge. may try to tab some later..

Corrections are welcome!!

Update: well, I've been sitting here at work for a code migration
since 3:30am (sadistic) and figure WTH I'll take a stab at the bass:

   C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
g-------------------------------------
d--------------------------4--4--4--4-
a--4--4--4--4--4--4--4--4-------------
E-------------------------------------

   C# C#sus2/5+ F#5 G#
g-------------------------------------------------
d--------------------------4--4--4--4--6--6--6--6-
a--4--4--4--4--4--4--4--4-------------------------
E-------------------------------------------------

Sounds like during the 'havalina..' verse and
after the bridge this is played sometimes:
   C# C#sus2/5+ F#5
g-------------------------------------
d--------------------------4--4--4--4-
a--4--4--4--4--6--6--6--6-------------
E-------------------------------------
