Is it like a fact that some women are incapable of having an orgasim, even if they enjoy sex?

Um, no, I don't think that's a fact at all. Just b/c someone has never had an orgasm doesn't mean she can't--it may just mean that sex alone is not enough to get her there or that she's never experimented alone enough to find out what she likes. It seems to take more practice for some gals than others, and also, some women have more issues than others to work through in terms of negative sexual experiences and ways in which those have affected the extent to which they feel able to enjoy sex. (A lot of bad shit has happened to a lot of children/girls/young women.) It is true, though, that women can enjoy sex w/out orgasm, and that women don't always put as big an emphasis on this as men or aren't as goal-oriented.
Younger women, anyway.
This website occasionally has some interesting articles. It wouldn't kill folks to crack a book every now and then, either.

i am an expert in this matter actually, so look no further.
you're not totally off the mark .. many women have difficulty having an orgasm during intercourse. but every woman is quite capable of having one.
it comes down to communication between partners, trust, and technique (my forte).
two words: clitoral stimulation.

Boy, I was pretty reluctant to say anything here, but maybe the world needs a little more openness in this arena. I tell you what, LBF, you may just wanna keep working at it. A girl needs to feel like there's no expectation, no rush, like your dignity does not depend on it, etc. etc. It may take years, and in the meantime, keep asking what she likes, pay close attention to her responses, and it doesn't hurt to worship her either. But that should all come naturally from your feelings for her, not because you're on some appointed mission. It's possible that she may never, but unless that upsets her, that shouldn't be a problem, because it can still be incredible.
