Charles Rocked at the station in Bristol last night. As i expected TBH.
3 pixies songs and a load of the new stuff.. flippin great.

The support band were also very good, but I didn't manage to catch their name.. can anyone tell me what they're called?

Did you see what G-o-d just did to us man.

Serafin supported FB and the C's in Edinburgh, I'm sure they are supporting throughout the UK part of the tour at least.

Yeah man.. that was it, I remember hearing someone say Serafin.

They were damn good.
But Francis was class.
He's better in a small venue than a dirty gurt outside one.. like Reading festival. He still rocked at Reading, but I liked being 2 ft from him whilst he sang.

Don't know the order they came in, but I think these were the songs that were played:

1. Nadine
2. New House of the Pope
3. Horrible Day
4. Massif Centrale
5. My Favorite Kiss (I think this was played)
6. When Will Happiness Find Me Again
7. Goodbye Lorraine
8. This Old Heartache
9. Black Rider
10. California Bound
11. Cold Heart of Stone
12. Fare Thee Well
13. How You Went So Far
14. End of Miles
15. Jane the Queen of Love
16. Robert Onion
17. Bullet
18. Hermaphroditos
19. Billy Radcliffe
20. All My Ghosts
21. Abstract Plain
22. Headache
23. Caribou
24. Cactus
25. Velouria

Along with a rocking version of Headache, Billy Radcliff, Robert Onion & Masif Central were the highlights for me

I spoke to the lady selling T-shirts and cd's at the gig, she told me that the Nadine single has been pulled from release. They were selling it at the gig, so I recommend buying it there just in case you don't get a chance to get it again. I also bought a promo of the Velvety single from her, which was cool 'cos I wasn't able to find that anywhere when it was released.
T-shirts are good too, 3 cats in a row on a black shirt with Frank Black and the catholics written below them in red (like the way it's written on the album)
