Finally bought the bugger for £5 this weekend and to those who have yet to do so; I recommend it if only for Frank's contribution on the inside sleeve...
Oh, and letter to memphis instrumental too!.

I was surprised how cheap it was when I picked it up in Bristol, it was only eight quid. Cracking album, especially David Lovering's obsessed song about Debbie Gibson. Whats the Purple Tapes like, I haven't been able to pick the cd up in China but I will buy it when I get home regardless of its quality. I reckon Ive probably got all the versions on my Pixies bootleg but theres nothing better than having an original. Are there any FB notes on the inside sleeve? |

it shouldn't ever be any more expensive than £8, purely because its a GAD release and that's the kind of standard retail price for that prefix..
it works so well as well... still a Friday afternoon office favourite |

HMV had a HUGE pixies promotion in December 2002, don't know about you in england, but dublin's grafton street was giving away pixies CD's for 6 irish punt (about 7 euro) i thought that was quite a decent price
