So I have this philosophy paper to write but can I get down to business? Of course not, I just sit here litening to SMYT and then I get to thinking, Frank should do a Christmas album! Now before you string me up by my toes lemme just say that I don't even think it would need to be exactly Christmas based but rather songs that conveyed the Catholics' mood during the winter season. I do think they could do some rocking bluesy versions of a few Christmas songs though. See I got Bossanova on Christmas so I stongly relate that album with the day. I would love to hear the Catholics write specifically for this season as most other albums have benn particularly summery for me. Anyhoo, I'm really just trying to put this paper off - please disregard my psychobabble.

Yeah, a Christmas album would be really cool! They could pull it off too.

Suggest the album could open with "Into the White Christmas"

yeah, i have to concur. pretty lame idea. let's leave the Christmas albums for washed-up R&B divas and retarded pop "musicians."

NICE! I'm printing those out; it's only a matter of time until Frank starts belting them out live and when he does, I'll be there with a quality boot. My fave is Reindeer in the Snow but The Cult of Nick just looks like it belongs ona 45.

Guys -- this is the lamest topic EVER.

But, I have to admit, The Cult of Nick was pretty goddamn funny.

Frank has already done a song about reindeer, called Caribou.

reindeer = caribou (same species)

Okay, silly topic, but I think I woke somebody up from laughing when I saw the "Cult of Nick" cover.

Yeah I too had thought of caribou in the sand, but somehow it detracts from the concept.
