i suppose that this is the place... <I and an associate would like to do some form of documentary/time capsule footage of you and your band -compeletely non-invasive as possible and you and yours could own the rights -we just want to DO IT for cryin' out loud...go ahead and burst my bubble, do what you gotta do...but let me know. my associate is a trained filmographer in Asheland NC -(his brother is copyright crusader Lawrence Lessig)and i am the fanboy with 'blargomatic eye vision'(labor of love with a lynchian twist mentality).> i suppose it was Ken Goes who eggmailed thru Jeff Price 'no filming at Frank Black concerts' (duh)Jeff was very nice and helpful as he forwarded my more passionate e-mail -and i e-mailed Dave Noisy about getting FB.NET to maybe coalesce as an entity around the idea of making a film -fan based making of a documentary, mmm..sounds like new ground to me...no answer there -i suppose i forget the purpose of the site so no wonder -i know it's goofy/lofty/silly maybe even to be doing this and i have considered the door closed from day one -but sometimes the vision in the 'ol noggin is pretty intense and you just want to push and see... so please do fill me in. I guess it started as i had seen the Wilco film just before FB&C doubledoor show in Chi. and the show was of course great but made me think: hey howzcome no film for these trailblazers? for the record i have filmed a bands' performance and it was not bad for 3 hours notice. sooo..oo...let me know -yer fan, Blarg007
P.S. the contigent plan is to create the FB&C cover band and do a documentary on them: i know some guys who could do a decent throw at it-this guy: Adam Monroe he's a single tax crusader sidetracked from music, he used to do single tax benefits in Chi. and held an audience more than once solo at places like Lounge ax and Metro -he's a cross of you (FB),beck and Al Franken. so, i got dat goin' for me...
