| Has anyone tried these yet? I thought I'd differ from my usual sweet and sour, be adventurous and try the new flavour. Wow! They were the nicest 3 minute noodles I've ever eaten, I'm not tring to advertise for bachelours or anything, by the smell of the sachet I thought they were going to be gross but I was really impressed, don't know if you can get em outside the uk. |

Oh you've got to be very brand specific or it defeats the purpose, I never heard of Ramen, but unless they're made by 'Bachelors' then it's not probably not what I'm talking about. Pot noodle is an entirely different kettle of fish which I like, but dosen't come in the new spag bol flavour, pot noddle by the way being made by the 'pot noodle company'. Koko or whatever I beleive to be the cheap supermarket alternative right? I have nothing against em' but once again it's not what I'm talking about. Actually Morrisons 9p better buy noodles can be quite nice when very stoned and very broke, but wouldn't be my first choice at all.

the best noodles are I think the authentic oriental noodles you can get in the asian supermarkets, I do stock up on Ramen (I think thats the spelling) noodles from the Asian market in Dublin, every so so often ... lovely ...

Dave, Super Noodles aren't super sized, there just called super noodles... You can buy a family sized portion of super noodles i think, family sized meanding theres about 10 grams more noodles in the bag.

I think the others were locked because they ALL were essentially the same thing, swimmer, namely, your and jim's problems w/ each other. It seems to me to have to be pretty pointless for Dave to lock it. (If someone can post about cereal, and that's a valid topic, then it has to be pretty bad...)

You know what, though, it's getting repetitive, boring, and annoying. I'd probably have deleted all of them except one, not just locked them. Things are getting carried away.

Ever hear of "smack raman?" As if regular Maruchan Raman wasn't cheap enough, the vastly inferior "smack" variety is sold for $.02 cheaper, bringing it to a whopping $.10 a bag!!
My wife thinks that "soup at hand" is a revolting concept. Not the soup itself, just that you drink it out of a cup. But she always drinks the milk out of her cereal bowls after she's done with the cereal.

Wow swimmer, such noodle hatred tsk tsk. Actually I posted when I was very bored and didn't really expect to get any replies but it seems there's enough noodle love in the world to keep this thread alive if only for a little while. Why don't you go chew monkey nuts instead of replying, which effectively keeps this thread going. Sheesh!
