I have a question for you pros who know more about this than I do. We're eventually going to have a massive (eventually!) archive of known FB interviews, reviews, articles, etc...I was wondering if there are any legal issues involved in reprinting the article? Are we fine if we say "Copyright YEAR AUTHOR"? Or "Originally printed in RS Magazine 9999 July 10, 2003"? I just don't want us to get in trouble here!

Yeah, author and source should do the trick.
We won't 'get in any trouble' unless someone asks us to remove the article and we refuse. Then things might get sticky. |

I know when I was adding items to the Kristin Hersh/Throwing Muses minisite, and had to link to articles that weren't already online I had to ask for permission - everyone was cool about it though, as long as it was properly credited... |

I guess it's OK to reprint the articles, as long as they're not written by the Reverend Levesque...

Well, you can reprint them, just don't link to them because everyone knows bandwidth theft is a crime.
