BBC radio 6 seem to have 2 competitions offering SMYT as the prize, go to:

The Steve Lamacq link is now also offering the interview he conducted with Frank a few weeks back - the one in which Frank namechecks frankblack.net and reveals that Dave Noisy is actually quite a nice guy
