| This kind of stuff makes me wary of trading. Although I'm sure I'll be shouted down for slandering the name of a forum regular, I want to warn all of you about Omer Belsky. I conducted (or am still in the process of conducting) a trade with Omer. I sent his cds as agreed (name-brand Memorex cd-rs), and maybe a week later I received mine. Some crappy no-name brand (benq? what the hell?) was used to burn my cds. Aside from this small detail (but one that still sticks in my craw), the discs were recorded poorly. Maybe at 24x or something? Maybe on a broken burner?? I listened to each disc--AND EVERY ONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM! Maybe one or two songs play fine, then there's some static, some skipping...then nothing. If I play it on my computer, none of the media players recognize the disc. If I play it on my stereo, the disc freezes up. Maybe if we had traded for one or two discs--but seven? Come on. I contacted Omer hoping he could re-burn my cds (something I would have done in his place). To his credit, he OFFERED to re-burn them. This was at the beginning of July. Still no cds. And Omer claims that the discs I sent (airmail, mind you...not 5 month cut-rate surface shipping) never arrived. Sorry, Omer, if you're put out by my airing this issue publicly, but I'd like to know if I'm in the right. And e-mail me if you could, I'd appreciate the effort. |

| I traded with Omer a while back and it went great. The discs were a name brand, I don't know what right now, and it's probably hard to find name-brand discs in Israel. And the quality was fine, although I don't know how to tell if it was recorded faster than 4X or not |

i have traded with tworeeler a few times and he has been nothing but great everytime. so right now i would have to be on his side. hehe.
he still has some stuff i want to get too....he should join my server where all my shows are hosted for download. (shameless plug)

I traded with Omer two times and everything went swell. No complains at all. And I will trade again with second thoughts.

sorry , I mean..I will trade again without second thoughts.
About the name brend, for your information, I used all brands and no brand and all seems good to me, however i can undesrtand if we trade with someone and the CDs came with statics...I would be unhappy too.
