Two lines from two different albums stroke me as being very very close in meaning and very very impossible to decipher.
in San Antone, Tx:
"she had a dream, call it a vision, he'd given her a little silver tool/ and that it seems that day has risen, i'm giving you your supernatural jewel..."
in Western Star :
"She's so sentimental she's got my picture in her head the
toolman is in her dreams
I was lifted when she said... "

Seems to me both lines kind of describe the same "thing" that's kind of a private joke . So it's totally un-understandable,and i reckon this is just a theme that Frank uses from time to time when writing poetry about his wife.

Does anyone have noticed other of these "underground" themes or have i just definitely gone insane and should really calm down about Frank now ?

Never noticed that, but i did notice in Brick is Red and in All Over the World, he sings "when one side is hot, the other side's not" and in All Over the World he just adds in "the moon"
