i am considering brighton even though i'm also going to the astoria. the brighton venue is really small, much smaller than the astoria so i might go. does frank vary his show much or stick to roughly the same set list? |

I think there are some things they will play in a clump (meaning a few nights in a row) but also different stuff thrown in. Hard to say really, but I don't care if he plays exactly the same thing every night. I am stoked! |

Is the Brighton show sold out? It's not listed on Ticketmaster. I'd really like to get hold of three tickets. Can anyone help? |

I don't think it is on sale yet, but I could be wrong. Anyone, Bueller, anyone? |

the norwich gig isn't on sale yet either, at least not over the internet. you might be able to get them directly from the box office, the numbers are on the cooking vinyl website. |

I can't make those show as I can't get back from Uni to Brighton on a Tuesday otherwise, I would so be there.
On another note is anyone going to the Portsmouth show at the Wedgewood Rooms. I only ask as I have ticket NO. 1 (seriously I have) and my friends have numbers 8 and 9. If you ask me this isn't looking good, more people need to be going than just ten or twenty. I don't want it to be cancelled. Anyone who is interested can get tickets online from www.wedgewood-rooms.co.uk Click on the tickets link and your away.

Xan, the gigs are in october (pretty much) I think maybe you are over reacting a little. Still haven't bought any of mine. I plan to go to Liverpool, Leeds And Manchester. Kinda wanted to go to sheffield as well but I doubt I'll be able to afford it. Were I live is ace all those 4 places are between 40min and 2hours away. Woo |

I think you're right, maybe I am over reacting. But usually the gigs I go to sell out fairly quickly and I'm not used to being the first person to buy a ticket. I guess it kinda freaked me out a little. Hope you get to go to all the gigs you want to. I'm gonna have to restrict myself to the one as well I'm about to join the student population and I don't wanna increase my debt further.

One more question re. this thread - now that I am realistically planning my trip - I think I can only make one of these shows. Does anyone have any thought about which is more likely to be sold out? Which venue is bigger? Etc. I will be showing up at one of these shows sans ticket, and I am wondering which I will have better odds of getting into. Any thoughts?
Thanks! |
