This is a poll i found, i was shocked to see Frank was an option to vote (it's from privymagazine.com)
To be honest, finishing right behind David Bowie, that's kind of a compliment right? Although, he is before Thom Yorke...Actually, i have no idea what the point of this poll is, but I think it's pretty tongue in cheek, so it's sort of an honor to be nominated, otherwise i wouldn't have posted it.
