Who has knowledge about the following:

1.

constant sorrow man
pan american highway
angst
sleep

Are these songs from SSMVGD any different (in terms of being a different recording or mix) from the relaeses on Robert Onion and St Francis Damn Disaster?

2.

Sunday Sunny Mill Valley Groove Day
La Cigare Volant

Have these songs appeared anywhere else apart from SSMVGD?

Any info much appreciated.

PS: Dear Dave, that song database really needs to go up. I have a lot of tracks that I don't know what they belong to. How about putting it up in phases, at least. First phase could cover the periond of the two solo albums, for example, and work on the rest later.

those songs are the same recordings as the St. Francis and Robert Onion singles.

I Will Run After You (SSMVGD version) appears on Seen - Unseen Absalom Recordings

Le Cigare Volant (acoustic not SSMVGD version) appears on Dog In The Sand Japan release

Sister Isabelle was supposed to be released on a Del Shannon tribute album a few years back. I think the project was scrapped

Sister Isabelle appeared on an EP of a Peel Session that Frank did with Teenage Fanclub a few years back. It's worth looking out, it's also got "Handyman" and a couple of his own tunes "Jaques Tati" and "The Man Who Was Too Loud". It's cool having the Fannies providing the backing vocals!

Yeah I have the Teenage Fanclub version of Sister Isabelle and its just electrifying. The SSMVGD version is lame compared to it.
