I found out last week that the Cooking Vinyl shop has a label sampler that includes a demo version of End Of Miles. I ordered it (for only £2.99!) and received it on Saturday. It's an acoustic version by Frank plus (supposedly) Dave Philips on pedal steel. Very nice version, though it fades out at the end and I hate that. The other songs on the CD are cool too (esp. Echo & the Bunnymen). Plus the very nice people at CV sent me the CD along with a free 3-track promo EP by Camper Van Beethoven.
Search the Cooking Vinyl shop under "Frank Black", it's there. It's called Delicatessen 4. Haha, now I got a Frank Black song that no one else has! (or at least, I like to think so).
