| I lived in Baltimore until I was 10. Johnny was like a god there in the '70s. There were Johnny Unitas bowling alleys with a giant "U" horseshoe (like the Colts' logo) out front. |

Yep, Zelda Mars. Actually, I knew nothing of the game until after her birth, but all the teenaged boys in her life assure her that her name is way cool. I've just always liked the name. Plus it means "battle maiden!" (And I think it means "rare" in Yiddish, but don't quote me on that.) |
