Hey everyone, one thing i noticed at the show was his acoustic guitar had a really metallic, and 'sloshy' sound..(make sense?)

I like..is that just his guitar falling apart, or is a sound one can duplicate?

Despite the comedic tone (pun INTENDED) of my earlier reply on a similar topic, the main thrust of the post is true. If you take a Takamine electric/acoustic and plug into a California Blonde amp, you will get a tone that is very close to what Frank gets. It's almost eerie. Go to a guitar store, strap one on and start playing "Bullet", it's delicious beyond words and will make you tingly in all the right places named after numbers.
