I don't remember Space Races. I do remember the racing cartoon with Dick Dastardly and Mutley (Priscilla Pitstop?), but not the title. Somehow Dick Dastradly would always lose the race at the last possible moment. Funny how that happens. |

The racing show with Snidley and Mutley was called "The Wacky Racers" I believe. It also had Jabberjaws which is one of the most annoying cartoons ever.

i love "dastardly and mutley and their flying machines" - the rev. horton heat does a great version of the theme song, "stop that pigeon" - its on the sat. morning's greatest hits CD

I watched "Stop that Pigeon" too, but never knew which came first it or Wacky Races. I remember on Long Island during weekdays, Wacky Races would come on after the Jackson 5 cartoon. |
