Hey, wouldnt most of you agree that Frank has shed a few pounds? I think so, he looks better now than he did Cult of Ray-Catholics circa. Actually he is beginning to look more and more like Black Francis. No but seriously, good for you Frank! |

He says that he has been enjoying going to the gym as of late. I agree, he's looking great. |

good thing for that. he's a heart attack waiting to happen if he doesn't shape up.
funny, when i saw him in toronto, he went outside for a a sausage. perhaps this wasn't the best choice. |

Picture this: Frank doing a special appearance in The Osbournes, where him and Ozzy work out together... Now THAT would be weird.

re the sausage comment... i'd say it's way more fun losing weight by doing more exercise than eating less food, the whole runner's high thing you get (there's no doubt a hiker's high as well), putting on muscle, as opposed to just losing fat... and who's really going to stick to cutting down on good food? i think frank's gone for the right option of personal trainer and hiking |

Shit, this reminds me that I need to start weight lifting again. I agree that the ol' Black man looks like he's droped a few. I've been fatter than Frank EVER has (280 lbs.), and I weigh a little less than 180 now, so I know it's a long, hard road when you're trying to lose weight.

Sounds interesting. My friend and I saw him last year and we both agreed that he was in a "league" of his own.
It wasn't like a conventional crush thing more a case of his extraordinary abilities, esp. doing 6606...

Frank, if you are reading this, I am not poking at the weight. I am congratualting you that you look better than you did 2-3 years ago. Which reminds me, I need to start running again too. I could lose a good 20-30 lbs myself! Hey Floop! Didnt know you were here too! |
