That's right.. I need someone to take note of anything newsworthy on the site (and hopefully elsewhere) and forward it to me to put in the 'news' section of the main site..(until i have it set up as a SQL, then people can update it themselves!)
Any volunteers? =) |

Okay, Denis already has the position and has started... Em, we might be able to use two people, so if you see something on the site that looks newsworthy, send it through the 'News Submission' page.. I have an idea on how to keep this organized...i'll keep you guys posted.

Yep, FB news from anywhere is good! Be sure to include the source when submitting the news. Eventually i'll have a nice SQL setup and you'll be able to set it up directly..just gotta get that happening...woot!

Awright, since Emily and I are now the official "newsmasters"... I have a quesion for you all. Should we post anything worthy as soon as it arrives (like what I did for the recent update) or should we wait till we get the complete information? For instance, the day after I submited the news, Frank posted the full tour dates and Sarah told us about what the extra tracks for the DiTS re-release would be. Should we update the news page daily (well at least everytime we get some more details) or wait and only post the full info?
I hope I made myself clear (hey, it's Dave's fault if the news page is partly under the responsability of someone who can't even speak english!)

Sorry, Dave. I guess it's good Denis has the official title. My stupid real life is getting in the way. And so far I haven't seen anything terribly newsworthy - except tour dates which are clearly posted. I could make stuff up!  |
