From SpinArt:
<<Frank Black's Dog In The Sand re-released on spinART! Mr. Black is joined by fellow Pixie Joey Santiago as well as former Pere Ubu multi-instrumentalist Eric Drew Feldman on this live to 2 track gem. Includes 4 bonus tracks! Out Feb. 4th!>>
I imagine the extra tracks are the b-sides from the european singles (ie Sleep, Pan Am Highway, Constant Sorrow Man & Angst).

There's a "21 Reasons" version circa Dog In The Sand? That would be cool to hear. |

That's great news. I'll buy it anyway as a collector.
My guess is the version of Le Cigre Volant from the DITS import will be on there which is different than the one on SSMVGD. |

Great stuff, coupled with the fact that Ive found a decent record store in the 'Jing which might be able to get their spanners on a copy... I reckon it'll be the b sides from Bob Onion and St Francis. |

Did anyone get this album? It came out Tuesday, right? What are the 4 bonus tracks?

This same topic is in the General section, but with accurate updates. It's four demo-y tracks, como Stupid Me, If It Takes All Nacht, Robert Ownyon & Blassoff, complete with drum machine. Strictly for catalog collecting purposes in my opinion. One good thing is apparently it's priced to move. I got it at my local expensive chain for $11.99.
One thing about Frank that I really never realized until I started hearing his solo shows is that he writes the distinguishing "riff" sounds into the song, and the rhythm guitar. I mean, that's just cool. I'm always trying to write and I come up with a chord structure, and then I figure out what sounds good layered over the chords.
Frank just blows me away. Like with Blast Off. Wow.
