sad news! I went to the LA show (the 5th), and I talked to the guy at the soundboard: he said none of the LA shows are getting recorded for release. He did say all the rest of the shows will be recorded for the releases.

I think it is a union thing; Live Here Now did not record the Depeche Mode shows at the Hollywood Bowl because of that.

I recorded the Palladium last night. I was originally going to do all 3 but now it's probably going to be just the one.

just received an e-mail from sandbag saying that "some of the items" i ordered have just been shipped.
why "some" and not "all three"?
i'll have to wait and see which discs will be in the envelope...

Wish they'd had t-shirt with that logo on the front, I like the design on that page. They just had those stupid ones with the crab on the front, I didn't like that one too much.

And what is included on the usb sticks? 320 kbps mp3s? What do the videos look like? Is it 5 complete songs from the show they played that night?

I can't find any info on that "store" website.

Glossy card double gatefold sleeve (unlike the previous matt-finish ones) with the Monkey motif across the spine. The inside lists the Debaser and B side tracks but not in the correct order and doesn't include the last encore as they're pre-printed.
Weirdly, the Tuesday disc has a silent 8 sec track at the beginning of disc 1. Then there's about 7 mins of the Chien Andalou intro music before the sets, encores are on the second disc.
No idea what's on the video's I'm afraid :/

I'm also interested in more info about this.

Are they going back to the disclive.com way of working? Recording and burning cd-rs real-time? (I preferred the pixiesdiscs.com modus operandi, because the result was nicer.)
Is there any website where people can buy cds and/or downloads?

And is this just for the London gigs? Or will recordings of the rest of the tour be made available too? (I was disappointed that pixiesdiscs.com skipped the Pukkelpop festival in 2005.)

nah nothing like that in Glasgow, pretty disappointing, probably going to be a landmark gig on this tour as well, considering it was the first in a large venue, and with the extended second encore

no idea on glasgow. there was a promo clip before they came on advertising the cds which was pretty in your face. cant imagine that you wouldnt have noticed if they were doing the same in glasgow!

for real? what about Glasgow?

Also trying to download above bootleg and BitTorrent says 'Aborting the torrent as it could not connect to the tracker while not connected to any peers'. Never had this problem before, what's the beef?

seems the london shows are having the proper treatment. cd and usb are available at the venue after the show and you can also buy a download. didnt check on prices.

You probably didn't mean to sound the way you did, but how about a little bit of patience? These shows just happened. Not everyone has the time to share their recordings within a week.
And it's always nice to add a please when you're asking for something.
