I recently met a Norman-fan on the net
and he told me this,I didn't know this at all!:

Live At The Elsinore is available on a double CD set.
Larry performs as a solo artist, sings with his sister in a guitar, mandolin and banjo segment, sings with a group of blind singers from Africa, then does an acoustic set with W.C. Handy Blues Award Nominee, Mark Lemhouse with Gary Pomeroy (People! 2) on guitar, then with the whole band. Special surprise guest Frank Black of The Pixies joins the band and plays out the rest of the concert with Larry and the two even switch off lead vocals on "Watch What You're Doing".

That's indeed the song that got left off the purple tape!

Couldn't find the original thread. Anyway, seems the Larry Norman / BF / Guard of Metropolis cover album will finally see the light of day! Great news

http://www.crossrhythms.co.uk/articles/news/Unreleased_Larry/45609/p1/

"SOLID ROCK Records are set to release some previously unreleased material by legendary Jesus rock man Larry Norman before the end of the year. Set to make it onto CD are 'Orphans From Eden' (recorded circa 1977) and the last album project Larry worked on, a remake of the 1960's country album 'Trouble Is A Lonesome Town' which Larry made alongside Frank Black and his son and with his brother's band Guards Of The Metropolis."
