Hey all

I'm curious as to who FB's backing band was on "Sugar Daddy" from the Wig in a Box comp. I attended FB's solo acoustic set last summer in NYC and he said that Reid Paley helped him set up the session w/ the musicians (and i think he said produce). I know its NOT the catholics. Anyone own Wig in a Box (i i-tunes'd it) and has checked the liner notes, or just knows from somewhere else? Thanks

Tony also used to play bass for They Might Be Giants, back in the mid-nineties.

he was FB's touring bass player (and apparently occasional drummer) until McDave came on the scene

Tony Maimone also appears on "Frank Black Live with TMBG" where he is introduced to the audience by Mr Black as a "wonderful saxophonist".

I agree. He spazzes out on that one like he hasn't in years, it really rocks
