I just updated to iOS 8.4 and have lost Home Sharing for Music.

It never really worked very well, and I bought a Mac Mini to make it work better, and I still hardly ever use it. But I have nothing suitable to replace it.

The programs I have that can play music from my network drive sort everything alphabetically, which doesn't work for playing albums, which is all I do.

Oh, I guess I can add that to the programming I would like to do.

I think I will try macros for loading my iPad from the Mac Mini, maybe I can trigger them from webpages.

I was going to try this a while ago, setup a webserver on the Mac, list all the music as podcast episodes, then I should be able to subscribe to the podcast to play or download files.
