saw house of sand and fog last night, a lot better than i thought it would be, amazing in fact, loved the way it turned the story around so the person you thought you'd have most sympathy for is the people you have the least for as the story moves on... (i don't think i've given anything away with that)
quite depressing too.

the most depressing thing for me was seeing Jennifer Connelly look frumpy the entire movie
