Does anyone know how I can make an animated give into an icon sized image? I can make it smaller in paint and a variety of other programs but it always freezes the image on one frame. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Animation shop will do it. Otherwise you'll have to resize every frame in your image, and stick it all together again.

If you don't have animation shop, try here: http://www.gifworks.com/ I haven't tried it myself, but it looks promising.

I did mine using the Animation Shop portion of Paint Shop Pro. It's designed specifically for animated gifs.

Of course, that was a long long time ago so I don't think I can be much help here other than to say you'll probably need a specific app. The right tool for the job, etc.
