I had heard bits and pieces of the wannadies before, and really loved it, and Ive now got Before and after - I am absoloutely in love with it.
Am listening to it right now - its been on constant repeat for the last two days. It justv makes me smile so much. I love it, LOVE IT
SO yeah, i know there are quite a few wannadies fans on here (ahem, bumble)
I played my mum Piss On You, after which she stole the album, and shes now a big fan too! haha
I bet you never thought your movie would turn out this way

I saw them opening for FB at the London Astoria, January 1996. I bought Bagsy Me back in 97 and it was all I listened to that summer, along with OK Computer.
Those were the days. |

i sometimes forget, whilst being obsessed with fb/pixies and whatever else my current flavour of the month is (modest mouse), but yeah, they're amazing and very underated. i still believe bagsy me is one of the finest pieces of indie-pop-rock ever recorded, fantastic album... not a bad one on there! before and after i'm having a little trouble getting into to be honest...
