well, patenting a modified gene sequence is one thing (which I stuggle with anyway), but saying you are at fault because my modified plant crept over to your soil is over the top. Maybe my perspective is off, and I am simply lacking a monopoly to fully enjoy, as the court put it.

Wow, that's insane!! Lifeforms are lifeforms; there is no higher or lower . . . well, you know what I mean. Patenting and copyrighting is getting out of hand. I still cannot believe that the WWF was forced to give up its name. How the hell can you own an acronym!!!?
