They're playing Lancelot, with Richard Gere, on TV. Should I watch it?

Did you watch those Connery commercials I linked?

There is a big furry jumping spider crawling across my desk.
Oh, I'm in the wrong thread...

I forgot, Sean Connery did not shill for Radial Tires. It was Patrick Stewart.
Sean Connery was in these fine ads:

Very distinguished and convincing in "Very Goo".

My apologies.

Paris Première often has some films that are pas mal du tout.

vilainde Posted - 05/10/2004 : 03:23:04
Late answer: you shouldn't have watched it, and neither should I. That said, compared to the other channels, it wasn't the worst choice if you were alone and bored.

It's one of those things you can't talk about unless you've tried, I guess.

In Eyes Wide Shut, the part where Dr Beel, Tom Cruise, goes to the masked orgy was just on and there's a couple of girls soixantneufing it. How are you supposed to give head and keep your mask on?

Btw, I think "the first knight" is a wonderful title. It's a pun on the right noble men use to have over young virgins, right?

I'm saying this cause I made some genealogic research with my father, and it happens that somewhere in the Balkans (I believe it's Montenegro) my ancestors had that right over young virgins on their land. Now, I usually feel like I was born to early, but I feel like I was born too late!

And Lancelot kills the evil doer with the motherfucking Excalibur. Beautiful!

Adnan_le_Terrible Posted - 05/09/2004 : 13:58:23
Connery received an arrow straight in his belly. There's a slaughter scene right now. Lancelot is being very brave and all...

Adnan_le_Terrible Posted - 05/09/2004 : 13:55:34
Currently, the evil guy is threatening Arthur. But Lancelot is not far...

Newo Posted - 05/09/2004 : 13:44:24
It was called First Knight in Ireland too, neither was it any good. Who am I to say tho, right now I'm watching Eyes Wide Shut in Spanish.

Damn! Sean Connery is Arthur. It's James Bond against American Gigolo. It's a draw.

Coldheartofstone Posted - 05/09/2004 : 12:31:41
Likely story.
Adnan_le_Terrible Posted - 05/09/2004 : 12:29:17
Right now, the girl (Guenievre, but I don't know how you spell it in English) has been saved by Gere.

Then he tries to kiss her. Of course she is angry at him, but she has to stay with him in this forrest. She is promissed to Arthur, but American Gigolo will get the pretty woman, i think.
