I have noticed that the young male toerags that sometimes amble past our front door seem to have taken a shine to wearing tweed caps and scarfs (and drinking green liquor from the local off licence, soemthing called 20:20??). Presumably this places one in major Chav territory.
So there you have it. An underage tweed cap wearing Chav in a Fred Perry top driving a shagged tweed Metro whilst drinking some gut rot green booze. Isn't modern Britain wonderful.
