Did anybody see it? Left in the middle of the movie, threw up whole way home. The worst movie ever, waist of time and money. Am I missing something?

I don't usually like garbage, but I love the Hulk movie, especially the Hulk transcending himself part at the end.

I would be fine with them never trying to adapt ANY comic book into a movie, because not everything works when portrayed in real life. (I do, however, agree that trying to incorporate physical element of a comic, like the "panels" in the Hulk movie, is exceptionally lame.) I guess what I'm saying is, you should actually check out some comics (I will always reccomend Frank Miller's "Sin City") before you mark them all off as "juvenile." Like any other medium, they contain a huge spectrum of stories, from the nit-and-grit of real life to the patently absurd. (Like most of the Marvel and D.C. comics, when you get right down to it.)

I guess what I was trying to say without taking up too much time is that I thoroughly enjoy a good comic but when they hit the big screen, they should take on a more serious nature. The T.V. series appealed to a large audience because it was more adult in nature. Except when Thor appeared at the end, I'm not sure what was going on there. I enjoy finding a good comic as much as I enjoy finding good indie music. Although I admit I'm not too hip to good comics these days. |

Saw it yesterday. Quite disappointed. I was really hoping to like this one. I read a good review of it, so I rushed out to see it.
Too many cheesey one liners.
Stupid nicknames (H.B., Red).
Trying to incorporate some lame ass romance. Weak. Real weak. At the end he kisses the fire chick that some how never burns off her clothes or hair when she catches fire. Then they are both engulfed in flames. Ridiculous!
I know it's a comic book based movie but I feel some of these movies would do better to lose some of the juvenility of the comic books when hitting the big screen.
I'm sure this statement will outrage comic geeks everywhere.
I got into SPAWN for awhile and was excited about the movie. Then it kinda sucked.
I've always liked THE HULK. I loved the movie but it would have been better without the comic feel. You don't need it on the big screen. Not in every case but in some.
