Next weekend!
I'm so happy!! It means it will get darker an hour later and that spring and summer are rapidly approaching (it is still winterish in Boston) - although we will probably get a week of spring weather and then jump straight to 80 degrees. That is what always happens.
Anyway, it's so promising and I am happy. What I don't like is the people who complain that they will lose an hour of sleep. Um, shut up, you whiners! Sleep another hour! That has never made any sense to me.

This always seemed to be backwards to me...
Because in the winter its dark by like 3 o'clock in the afternoon!

It officially snapped to summer over here this weekend so all the holiday homes are flooded with lobstercoloured tourists and the streets are packed due to Easter parades of hoards of Catolicos dressed like disco-era Klan rallyers.

It's like you're lost in some sort of time vortex!
It's weird...I feel slightly out of the routine now that I'm warming up my Boston Market frozen dinners (best frozen dinners in the world...hardly belong in the same category with other frozen dinners...I'll call them 'frozen feasts') when it's still light out. Gets dark around 8PM now. Love love love it, I can't wait for the summer...it's gonna be the best summer!

Yeah, gotta be outside though. For a start, outside in the sun is the only place to drink lager, and secondly, London's really ace in the summer. You know it makes sense!

I'm gonna end up hanging myself! AGH! NAh, just kidding...I grew up in Michigan surrounded by the Great Lakes, so I'm pretty used to the lake effect clouds and shit, but summer normally isn't that bad. I guess we'll have to find out...I'm comin over June 16th. Happy 1000.

OK, well I guess I may as well be the one to tell you this Jim...........you picked a really bad year to come to England (for the weather anyway). They reckon it's gonna rain a LOT!!! Last year was really nice (for England), with record temperatures, but not so this time they say. But hey they could be wrong.

I'm definitely looking forward to the warm weather. I'm sick of cold! I hate ice and snow (although snow can be pretty to look at if you don't have to go out in it).
