I was just checking on the BBC website for a weather forecast. Apparently the coldest place in the world today is Tuktoyaktuk, Canada. - 35 degrees C. I cannot even begin to comprehend how cold that is. See link below.

It's getting colder again around here. I mean, it's appropriate weather for this time of year, but we were spoiled by the summer-like weather earlier this week.

I'm going camping in Death Valley this coming weekend. It will be in the low 90s. European tourists (mostly Germans) are the only people who go there in the summer, when it's about 125 (52c). A cheese sandwich melts in the shade in those temperatures. |

Heh, nothing like the partying in the midnight sun! Don't knock it 'till you've tried it. :) Which, sadly, I haven't. Probably sucks anyway.
No wonder it's still cold there, look where they are, right on the northern edge of North America and the NWT:

but how can the sunset at 26:22 GMT?
