I've only noticed this DVD about two weeks ago, but it is really great. 'Take Me To The Plaza' is Jonathan Richman (and Tommy Larkins) live in San Fran in Dec.2002. If you have ever been to see him in the last few years, this is a great reminder of his greatness on stage. If you haven't seen him, get the DVD. It also includes two really funny interviews where Richman discusses his influences, the modern lovers, studio recording and his annoyance with the press. I know this sounds like I must work at Rounder Records but, if you a Richman fan, get on it.
